Our commitments

Editorial Standards

Preserving a faithful and trustworthy witness.

Biblical faithfulness

Spirit Broods exists to direct attention towards Christ through Scripture, Christian lives and responsible teaching. Editorial judgment should serve biblical faithfulness, sober reflection and useful learning rather than sensationalism or spiritual celebrity.

Historical accuracy and dignity

Biographies must distinguish documented events from interpretation and uncertain accounts. Treat living people and historical figures with dignity. Avoid unsupported allegations, invented conversations and misleading claims of endorsement or affiliation.

Authentic words and sources

Verify quotations against authentic sources wherever possible. Preserve the speaker’s meaning and context. Identify translations, commentary, abridgments, adaptations and original ministry writing clearly. Never invent a quotation or a source reference.

Publication and review

Existing Witness Record conventions, source disclosures, review statuses and publishing safeguards remain part of the editorial record. Incomplete or withheld material must not be presented as a reviewed publication. Editorial and administrative access follow assigned staff roles.

Images and original work

Preserve documented provenance and required attribution. Credit Spirit Broods for original ministry-owned creative contributions where supported, and distinguish that contribution from underlying historical photographs and third-party material.

Corrections and accountability

Submit a correction through private feedback or spiritbroods@gmail.com with a URL and evidence. Review the source before changing a record. Correct materially misleading wording and withdraw unsupported content when necessary. A restoration or illustration is a visual interpretation, not fresh historical evidence.
